These balsamic vinegar are older and well seasoned in wooden casks made of hard wood. They are thick and add just the right flavor to marinades and salad dressing. They start out as a green grape must which is aged naturally and then infused with fabulous Olivin flavors which add flavor to veges, fruits and meats in meal prep and finishing.
