This rich, unique balsamic condimento is tart and amazingly complex.  Serve with pungent salty cheeses, use in salads, over yogurt or to dress fresh fruit salad. Pairs great with Basil Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil and Navel Orange Olive Oil.
