Lavendar has so many healthful uses that we just had to add it to a dark balsamic. Tangy yet savory this complements French dishes, soups, stews an Coque a vin. But it also makes a wonderful salad dressing when paired with Olivin lemon olive oil.
Floral, sweet and slightly herbaceous, our Lavender Balsamic captures the essence of this ancient flower. Pair with chicken, lamb, vegetables, or use in vinaigrettes, over ice cream and with fresh fruits and berries. Pairs well with Lemon Olive Oil, Navel Orange Olive Oil, and the Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil.
Average of 4% acidity
Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites. No caramel color or additional ingredients.
