Have you Drizzled Healthy today? Olivin is an independent, locally owned taproom providing Ultra Premium olive oils and a plethora of aged and infused balsamic vinegar. Those are also complimented with specialty oils like Sesame and Walnut and jars of olives. 
I am Mary Ann and I purchased the shop in late 2016. I grew up Irish and German and never experienced Mediterranean culinary delights. I raised three boys and spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Luckily food shows were on TV and Martha Stewart and I visited most afternoons. I tried and experimented with recipes and became quite a good cook. I baked my own bread until each boy ate a loaf every day but never found oil and vinegar very good. I discovered Olivin, the owner wanted to retire and here I am. 
I have gone to CA and the Pacific Northwest for several trainings, food shows and tasting courses. Europe, Spain, and Italy are on my list to visit. I still love to cook and now that my boys are out of the house and bringing beauties home, I find family gatherings more fun when we are dipping bread and passing salad bowls.
I am also dairy intolerant and have had to learn to adapt my diet and cooking to accommodate food intolerance. Olivin Butter olive oil is amazing! Not only does it taste like butter without an ounce of dairy, but it cooks like butter because of the quality of the olive oil used.
